Manager Of Volunteer & Visitor Services

This position is an onsite role located at Akron Children's Boardman Campus. Summary : The Manager of Volunteer & Visitor Services serves as a liaison to the Director of Volunteer & Visitor Services by providing support towards daily operations of the department, its employees, and volunteers. Responsibilities include : adding value as a key member of management, supervising employees, preparing and managing department budgets, managing guest attendant personnel, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing internship policies, working collaboratively with public safety, and aiding in meeting department goals in various areas. Technical expertise required includes experience working with volunteers, program management, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in healthcare. Education and experience required include a bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum four years in volunteer services. Full Time FTE : 1.000000 Status : Onsite.
