We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Agent to join our team. In this role, you will represent and advocate for creative professionals across film, television, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience working within the entertainment industry and has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and identifying new opportunities for talent.

As a Talent Agent, you will serve as both strategist and connector — scouting emerging talent, pitching clients to casting directors and producers, and providing career guidance that helps artists achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong industry knowledge, and knows how to balance business acumen with a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and manage a roster of talent across film, television, and digital projects
• Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, producers, studios, and industry executives
• Identify opportunities for clients, negotiate contracts, and secure auditions or bookings
• Provide strategic career guidance and counsel to clients at various stages of their careers
• Track industry trends and proactively pitch clients for relevant opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, publicity, and branding strategies for talent
