Driver / Sheet Metal Decking Installer

Location :  Nationwide (100% Travel Required)

Compensation :  Start at $26 p / h

We are seeking an experienced  Driver   Sheet Metal Deck Installer / Ironworker  to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the crew. Pick them up and drop them off to the job sites
• Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Accurately report time and attendance using technology
• Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements :

100% nationwide travel   required

Valid Driver's License

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Ability to lift at least  75 lbs  and work at heights over  40 feet

Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools

Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus) :

OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification

Welding Certification

Aerial Lift Certification

Work Schedule :

Full-time, non-exempt position
