Toyota Production Engineering Division's Central Business Operations Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst Production Engineering. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the workforce planning activities and resource allocation for the MFG pillar, including MBO and PE divisions and the NAMC's. This position will report to the CBO Manager.

What you'll be doing :

• Data analysis and forecasting for labor force needs across the manufacturing enterprises
• Reporting and analysis, including defining KPI metrics, of professional services
• Organizational change support including position management for Manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies related to workforce management and position control
• Partner with various departments, including HR and Talent Acquisition, to align hiring plans with business needs and budget targets.
