Scheurer Hospital is seeking a Cook.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, sides, and desserts
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar settingKnowledge of cooking techniques and food safety guidelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCook will split time between the hospital and Country Bay Village as neededBenefits
