Supervisory Responsibilities :

Hiring, training and retaining skilled finance staff

Oversee duties of accounting specialists

Ensures financial information has been recorded properly

Duties / Responsibilities :

Directing financial planning and strategy.

Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.

Overseeing audit and tax functions.

Developing and implementing accounting policies.

Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.

Training accounting staff.

Reviewing departmental budgets.

Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.

Analyzing complex financial data.

Managing internal controls.

Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives

Conduct weekly and monthly financial assessments and generate reports to be submitted to the senior management team

Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of company departments

Oversee the Business / Dealer licensing

Requirements : CPA required

Masters degree in accounting / finance

Must have 5+ years experience in all financial aspects

Job Type & Compensation

• Pay : Dependent on experience (D.O.E.)
