Requirements

  • Active Colorado LCSW or LPC license
  • 2+ years experience in addiction or co-occurring disorders (preferred)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Flexible with schedule weekend availability preferred

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy across levels of care
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with care team on case reviews and ongoing treatment planning
  • Offer psychoeducation and family support sessions
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

    • Location : Carbondale, CO

    Schedule : Full-time, MondayFriday (Weekend availability preferred)

    License Required : LCSW or LPC (Colorado)

    Pay : $70,000 - $95,000 per year
