Property Maintenance Technician

Property Maintenance Technician-This position requires construction experience and familiarity with all of the systems typically found in high-end residential properties. Required general maintenance skills include carpentry, painting and drywall repair. A good appearance and positive attitude as well as strong communication and organization skills are important.
