Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $50 - $55 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan; or $104,000–$114,400 annualized for full-time schedules. 3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.
• Sign-on bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus
