Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is seeking a Pediatrician to join our established primary care clinic in Northridge, CA.
Opportunity Highlights
Collaboration with and supervision of Family Medicine Residents rotating on inpatient pediatrics service
Balanced inpatient and outpatient schedule :
Morning rounding with residents
Afternoon outpatient pediatrics practice
Participation in academic duties including but not limited to : lectures, evaluations, cirrciculum development, resident recruitment, etc.
Shared pediatrics call rotation with family medicine physicians
Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a team-based, patient-centered care model
Supported by on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
Salary Range : $250,000 - 290,000 annually + productivity incentives
Signing Bonus up to $40k
Relocation Assistance up to $20k
Student loan repayment up to $30k

Job Requirements
MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
$120.19 - $129.80 / hour
