Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Assistant Managers are responsible for :

• Keeping high levels of operational standards.
• Following all company policies and standards.
• Managing inventory, purchasing food, beverage, and supplies.
• Ensuring excellent customer service providing quality, friendliness, cleanliness with accurate and fast service.
• Following daily operational plans.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
