Job Title : Registered Nurse

Description :

Pediatric experience is required.

Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be licensed to work in two states.

BLS certification is a minimum requirement.

Candidates must have both licenses in hand before starting, or must provide documentation that applications are in process.

No exceptions for flu vaccine exemptions.

Candidates are required to pass a medication and dosage test during the first week, with 100% required to pass.

Three attempts are allowed for the test.

This position may require floating between facilities.

It is a smoke-free facility.

Only AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are accepted.

RQI certifications will not be accepted.
