Collections Specialist

The base salary for this role is : $35,000 + Commissions

What You'll Do :

• Effectively negotiate repayment solutions for customers experiencing financial setbacks while focusing on retention.
• Be a part of a high performing team and strive to exceed individual daily and monthly targets.
• Use your exceptional decision-making skills on accepting, rejecting, or offering amended payment terms and settlements you're a solution finder.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and diffuse difficult situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
• Juggle multiple files simultaneously, keeping detailed and accurate records. Multitasking is a must.
• Fully accountable for collections related member questions or concerns you're totally organized and knowledgeable about policies and procedures.
• Monitor and resolve payment related discrepancies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using our suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements.
