The New Grad Residency Program is a structured year-long initiative offering hands-on experience to develop crucial clinical and critical thinking skills. The New Grad RN Residency Program equips you with the essential tools for excelling in today’s healthcare environment. This paid initiative facilitates your transition from academia with a formalized learning approach, including :

The RN Resident will coordinate and deliver exemplary, patient-centered care aligned with departmental requirements and nursing practice standards. Collaborating with medical providers and care team members, the RN Resident fosters individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. They advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a remarkable patient experience.
