Our company is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing all phases of construction projects, from initial conception and planning to completion and handover. Responsibilities :

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
