Role Description

This is a part / full-time , on-site role for a Dental Patient Coordinator located in Quincy, MA. The Dental Patient Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, handle incoming and outgoing phone communications, perform receptionist duties, and bill insurance while ensuring a welcoming experience for all patients. Coordination with dental staff and maintaining accurate records will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
• At least 2 years of Dental work experience
