Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented manner at all times.
• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide effective solutions to their comfort needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams throughout the workday.
• Use company-provided technology (iPad) for estimates, GPS tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Complete all required documentation and service reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours service as scheduled.
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with evolving HVAC technology and industry best practices.
