Adecco is hiring immediately for Art Manufacturing & Mechanical Associates at a national custom framing company opening a new digital production facility in Henderson, NV. This is a great opportunity to join a creative, hands-on production team where your attention to detail and craftsmanship will shine. Starting pay is $17.50 / hr., with potential for overtime during peak periods.

Position Highlights :

Weekly pay starting at $ 17.50 / hr.

Day shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (overtime may be required)

Temporary-to-hire opportunity

Training provided on shop tools and machinery

Collaborative, creative work environment

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble and finish custom picture frames based on digital customer orders

Use basic hand tools (rulers, cutting tools, heat guns, adhesives) for mounting and assembly

Read and follow digital work orders accurately

Perform quality checks and prepare finished items for shipment

Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals

Work around shop machinery such as miter saws, pneumatic underpinners, and CNC routers (not all associates will operate machines directly)

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, sign / print shop, craft / hobby store, or assembly work

Ability to communicate and read / write in English

Comfortable using basic tools and reading simple instructions

Detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks

Reliable and punctual with strong attendance

Able to stand and move throughout the shift

Basic computer literacy to read digital work orders

Bonus Skills :

Creative or artistic eye

Woodworking or framing experience

Familiarity with tools like miter saws, routers, or underpinners

Education Requirements : High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 20–30 lbs.

Pay Details : $17.50 per hour
