About This Role

As part of Intersect’s Real Estate Legal team, you’ll provide essential real estate legal support for renewable energy and data center development projects across Texas, Oklahoma, California, and beyond. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys while taking ownership of specific projects—drafting and reviewing agreements, overseeing outside counsel, and ensuring our development pipeline moves forward on schedule. This role offers the chance to grow your expertise in real estate law while contributing directly to Intersect’s mission of scaling clean energy and digital infrastructure.

Team Overview

The Real Estate Legal team secures the foundation for Intersect’s growth. By structuring land transactions and navigating complex agreements, we make it possible to bring large-scale solar, storage, and data center projects to life. Our work touches every stage of development and requires close collaboration with Land Acquisition, Development, Finance, Construction, Operations, and Environmental / Permitting. Joining this team means shaping the legal frameworks that enable a sustainable future while building your career in a fast-moving, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Support Project Development

• Manage and provide real estate legal support for early- to mid-stage renewable and data center projects
• Handle day-to-day legal tasks for a portfolio of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are mitigated
• Conduct and respond to due diligence inquiries to keep projects moving smoothly

Compensation : USD$ 185,000- $195,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus)
