Financial Management Specialist

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a federal government contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Management Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Position Responsibilities :

• Budget planning, organizing and managing the program's spend plans for obligation and budget expenditure forecasts
• Financial management program actions and activities, including monitoring and oversight, meetings, funds tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, cost risk management, and decision documents preparation.
• Review current data management processes and tools, such as spend plans, financial system reporting, and internal and external financial execution status reports, and develop and implement solutions to improve data management and analysis capabilities
