Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects on K-12 education topics

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial and operational policies

Develop and manage relationships with clients and K-12 education stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies using rigorous quantitative methods

5 years of progressive experience in leading research or consultancy projects in the K-12 education domain

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, preferably in school finance or administrative areas

Experience in grant and RFP writing is a plus
