Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Crandall, Texas. This role involves providing speech and language services to students in a school-based setting, supporting their communication and academic success.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Provide direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals.

Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
