Restaurant Manager – New Jersey Location
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills to create a positive and efficient work environment while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a consistently high level of food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards and foster a strong team culture
Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and other controllables to achieve financial targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (local, state, and federal)
Uphold brand standards and execute company policies and procedures with consistency
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with district or area leadership on local marketing efforts and community engagement
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a management role within a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment
Strong understanding of food safety standards and operational best practices
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
