Clinical Details

Peds and Adolescents

Hospitalist will cover the inpatient w / o PICU pediatric ward labor and delivery emergency department

Nursery level I and NICU II A B.

There are 17 nursery beds and 13 NICU beds

Scope of Practice : Adolescents Peds Neonates admit evaluate diagnose treat or consult on newborns and children through adolescence

Requirements

Board Certified

Active SC Licence

PALS

NRP

Skills Required : incision / drainage of superficial abscesses lumbar puncture ventilation management non-invasive BPAP / CPAP invasive ETT / NT xray interpretation infectious illness of the blood skin lungs and kidneys respiratory illnesses pneumonia croup common pediatric illnesses influenza dehydration recovery from injuries or surgeries attend c-section / high-risk deliveries
