About the Job :

The Certified Nursing Assistant under the direction and supervision of the Home Care Manager and Personal Care Supervisor is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care necessary to the preservation of assisting participants in living independently in the community. Assists in monitoring and reporting the health status and providing a safe environment for the PACE participants of Senior Community Care. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
