Procurement And Contract Management Specialist
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of procurement and contract managementfrom quote cleanup and negotiations to signature workflows, renewals, and extensions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic IT service terminology.
Key Responsibilities :
Audit and organize existing IT service quotes, contracts, and software records
Identify services without contracts and initiate formal documentation
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle : negotiation, execution, renewal, and extension
Coordinate with vendors for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and follow-ups
Maintain invoice schedules and ensure uninterrupted service delivery
Track and manage procurement cycles with attention to detail
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align purchasing with operational needs
Required Skills :
Purchasing and procurement expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat DC and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with IT services (not hardware-focused)
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts or procurement
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
No certifications required

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $87000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
