Community Living Support Worker

Thomasville, GA | $15.00 / Hour

A service and specialized care facility is looking for a community living support worker to help customers with day to day activities and chores. This company specializes in improving the lives of those with disabilities by building social skills. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, completing tasks in a timely manner and treating the client with care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the individual to medical appointments
• Communicate and report all medical concerns to nursing staff
• Document all daily progress notes accurately, including, intake, output, and bowel elimination
• Assist with training on various goals and taking individuals into the community to enhance social skills
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, dressing, etc.
• Redirect inappropriate behavior
• Additional duties as requested by the supervisor

Education and Experience

Requirements

Location : Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Schedule : Part time, 6-14 hours per week
