No previous experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Uncapped commission of up to 25% with "no new car packs" on new vehicles. Weekly inventory spiff bonuses and monthly volume bonuses. Opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Automotive Sales Representative
Smithtown Volkswagen | Smithtown, NY

Your role and responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying process with exceptional service and expertise.
- Interact with customers in person and online to understand their needs.
- Help shoppers find the ideal new or pre-owned vehicle from our inventory.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and provide information on options.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Provide attentive follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
