As a Community Manager, you will spearhead the overall operations of an Equity Residential apartment community, ensuring financial success, resident satisfaction, and team excellence. Your role involves hands-on management of daily activities, analysis of market dynamics, and driving improvements, overseeing sales, leasing, and maintenance initiatives for a flourishing property.
Accomplishing property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing teamLeading community staff with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidanceAnalyzing property operations, implementing policies for seamless integration, and ensuring operational excellencePreparing and managing the community operating budget, overseeing the processing and approval of all invoices and company purchasesSupporting marketing, pricing efforts, and monitoring sales performance for goal achievementStaying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-makingBuilding connections with residents through community events and activitiesWhat You’ll Need To Thrive :
Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experienceCustomer service and sales experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (., car, golf cart) in their role.
