Job description3-5 years' experience IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting Work night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION IN DALLAS - Flex will be 4 days a week 10pm-6am but can be flexible, weekdays, weekends, no set days - no remote
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS / MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience / training
- 3+ years of demonstrable 'hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
