A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner in Virginia (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage various commercial transactions, ensuring all details are accurate

Search and examine public records to verify ownership and identify title issues

Collaborate with underwriters and prepare title commitments and reports

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in title searching and examining in Virginia

Understanding of legal and real estate terminology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat / Pro, and property data platforms

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and paperless environment
