Marketing Specialist

Job Opportunity

Prepares proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials to help win new business and support project pursuits throughout the firm. Produces graphics and other content that support the firm's short- and long-term initiatives and maintain brand standards. Helps streamline marketing processes, contributes to internal and external communications, and may mentor less experienced team members.

More specifically, you'll :

• Conduct full life cycle of proposal research, development, organization, and production with minimal supervision for increasingly complex projects
• Research and gather materials and information to prepare proposal drafts for review
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the technical aspects of a project / proposal
• Produce a wide variety of content to support the company's branding, recruitment, and internal and external communications objectives
• Participate in the development of communications strategies to bring awareness and visibility to the companys brand
• Contribute to the evolution of brand voice and guidelines, providing input on industry-relevant market research and trends
• Represent the company at trade shows, career fairs, and other industry events and activities
• Collaborate with other marketing staff to produce and maintain staff bios / resumes, project documentation, technical accomplishments, etc.
• Additional duties as assigned
