Job Title : Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the assembly of components and sub-assemblies of metal parts according to blueprints and job packets. You will have the ability to plan and perform large and complex assemblies while directing others with minimal supervision. The position requires assisting with assembly jobs as assigned, performing inspections throughout the entire process to ensure quality, and reducing scheduled time for jobs. Additionally, maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential. You may operate a variety of hand and power tools such as a band saw, drill press, grinder, and belt sander.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly of components and sub-assemblies of metal parts according to blueprints and job packets.
• Plan and perform large and complex assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Direct others during assembly processes.
• Assist with assembly jobs as assigned.
• Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure quality.
• Reduce scheduled time for job completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools such as band saw, drill press, grinder, and belt sander.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Van Dyne, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50 / hr.
