Overview

Senior Product Manager, Data at HackerOne . Remote location : Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC. HackerOne is a global leader in offensive security solutions, offering the HackerOne Platform with AI-powered insights derived from large vulnerability datasets. This is a hands-on, mission-driven product management role focused on building data capabilities that deliver customer value.

What You Will Do

  • Lead HackerOne data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering to bring unique security insights to customers based on vulnerability datasets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to identify customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities.
  • Refine and mature existing platform data capabilities (Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, Recommendations).
  • Develop and apply expertise in security analytics and vulnerability management to create product experiences that customers and hackers love, including AI applications (LLM / ML).
  • Advocate for the value of HackerOne’s data-powered security insights through customer calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events.
  • Stay current on industry trends, AI applications, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and maintain HackerOne as a market leader.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech / SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of developing products / platforms with deep cross-functional collaboration across R&D and go-to-market functions.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem identification, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields; MBA or data science-related master’s degree.
  • Direct product management experience in cybersecurity domains (e.g., vulnerability management, PenTesting, application security).
  • Experience with security research / red teaming and bug bounty contexts.
  • Experience delivering data-driven AI-enabled products, including LLM / ML capabilities, and cloud or managed services product development.
  • Experience leading multi-product platformization initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits

    San Francisco : $160K – $200K (Equity offered)

    Seattle, Austin, DC, Boston : $144K – $180K (Equity offered)
