Full-time | Base Pay : $35k-$45k + Commission

We're Ace Hardwarethe Helpful Place. And now, we're looking for a driven, people focused Outside B2B Sales Rep to help us grow business customer relationships across Las Vegas and Henderson.

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your time out in the fieldon job sites, in offices, or wherever local businesses need support.

Your mission : to be helpful, solve problems, and become the go-to partner for commercial customers who rely on Ace Hardware to keep their operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do :

• Build and grow B2B customer accountscontractors, hospitality teams, property managers, and more
• Follow up on leads from stores, employees, and our company website
• Actively prospect new business through in-person visits, networking, and relationship-building
• Work with store teams to coordinate special orders or inventory for your accounts
• Help coordinate and assist with deliveries when needed
• Track performance and work toward monthly sales and annual growth goals
