IAC is a 32-year-old EPC Contractor, Capital Equipment supplier, and OEM, and Parts and Service supplier located in Overland Park, Kansas. As an EPC / Turnkey Industrial Contractor, IAC, in conjunction with our wholly own construction company, Adelphi Construction perform $10 million up to $150 million projects within North America, Latin America, and Mexico. Including the complete electrical design of electrical systems, electrical installation design, and control system design. IAC is experts in air pollution control (APC) systems, pneumatic conveying systems, bulk storage and dry material handling systems, rotary dryers, automated controls, and dry sorbent injection systems.
IAC’s unique approach of providing engineering services, metal fabrication, OEM equipment, project management, construction and foundations, and aftermarket parts & plant services allows us to be a multi-dimensional EPC contractor, handling all types of projects, from greenfield plant builds to engineered equipment installations, to replacement parts – all under one roof. Now, we’re looking for a Production Control Coordinator to bring precision, energy, and teamwork to our Standard Engineered Projects (SEP) .

🌟 What You’ll Do
As our Production Control Coordinator, you’ll be the link between engineering, suppliers, fabricators, and logistics partners. Some of your key responsibilities will include :
🔹 Supporting SEP projects with quoting, purchasing, and order expediting .
🔹 Issuing and analyzing supplier / fabricator RFQs and managing bid analysis.
🔹 Creating and issuing purchase orders in line with policy.
🔹 Tracking fabrication schedules and supporting weekly status meetings.
🔹 Coordinating with 3rd-party logistics providers to move equipment globally.
🔹 Assisting with inventory management and replenishment.
🔹 Partnering with Project Management and Quality Assurance on non-conformance reports.
This is a role where no two days are the same —one day you’re negotiating with suppliers, the next you’re coordinating shipments overseas, and the next you’re solving production challenges with engineers.
