Job Summary

Join our team as a Warehouse Order Processor and play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management within our warehouse operations. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic supply chain environment where accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork are valued.

Primary Duties

• Accurately receive, review, and process incoming orders ensuring all information is correct and complete.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards for packaging and labeling.
• Maintain organized storage of inventory, perform regular stock counts, and promptly report discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve any order-related issues.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld devices to track order statuses and update inventory records in real time.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay current with warehouse procedures and best practices
• Utilization of various Powered Lifting Equipment : Forklifts, Shers, Punch Presses and Overhead Cranes.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in warehouse order processing or logistics roles will be considered an asset, along with familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards
