Job Description

The Systems Security Analyst will support our Cybersecurity Engineering Team on multiple high-Client King Air Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) for the Navy. The Systems Security Analyst, through hands-on application of security controls on RHEL and Windows computer subsystems, will support the team in meeting the program's cybersecurity and operating system requirements. Expect heavy collaboration with Cybersecurity Engineers, Project Engineers, Program Managers to map out tasks for the day. Mixture of work performed at desk and on the production floor on the Flight Simulation Training Devices. Expect hands-on with computer software applications and computer hardware. Job Responsibilities

• Check system hardware availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot hardware / software interface and interoperability problems
• Conduct functional and connectivity testing
• Develop group policies and access control lists
• Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures
• Determine the effectiveness of data redundancy and system recovery procedures
• Develop and execute data redundancy and system recovery procedures
• Install, update, troubleshoot systems and servers
• Perform periodic system maintenance
• Administer system and network user accounts
• Establish systems and equipment access protocols
• Monitor and maintain system and server configurations
• Diagnosing faulty system and server hardware

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required in Cybersecurity
