Our leading childrens hospital in San Antonio, Texas is actively recruiting a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to help lead the development of a stand-alone CVICU within the regions most comprehensive pediatric heart program.
This is a rare and dynamic opportunity to step into a leadership role and shape a brand-new service line in a mission-driven environment that values innovation, collaboration, and quality outcomes.
Position Overview :
- Leadership role in building and operationalizing a stand-alone CV-CC unit
- Program will start off small and low volume, but plan is to grow
- Join the largest pediatric cardiology team in San Antonio
- Collaborate closely with both cardiology and pediatric critical care teams
