• Bilingual (Spanish & English read and write both) fluently preferred
• Inventory control knowledge
• Previous lead experience
• Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse
• Good organizational skills / detail oriented / quick learner
• Forklift experience
• Loading / unloading containers / trailers experience
• 3PL Warehouse experience (hands on, understands how to count the tie highs of a pallet)
