COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Ophthalmology (OPHT)

Salary : To $340K+ production

After practice expenses keep percentage of collections (overhead currently 57%)

Sign-On Bonus : $15k

Relocation : Relocation assistance

PTO : 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly)

CME : $5k + Days

Paid : License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Memberships and Societies

Educational repayment : Non-Profit Employer, PSLF
