Description

The Material Handler will assist with preparation of the paint-line and painting of powder coating fabricated materials, load / unload of steel parts from line, and assist with movement of material within the premises.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Load / Unload powder coated fabricated steel parts from washer line.
• Disassemble designated unpainted parts and accessories and reassemble after painting.
• Maintain washer line for powder coating.
• Prepare, set up, and test paint spraying.
• Mix coating materials in accordance with specifications.
• Inspects products prior to painting and rejects if product does not meet requirements.
• Apply powder coating when required to fill any surface imperfections.
• Provide error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
• Work under direct supervision.
• Support the safety and quality programs by following all accompanying rules and established processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift

2nd Shift - Overtime opportunity on Friday's when applicable. $2.00 shift premium.
