Sales Enablement Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help grow our small, but mighty team at Semgrep. Our sales organization is focused on connecting security and development teams with a product they can actually use and your work will ensure they're fully equipped to do that. You'll build the structure, tools, and programs that help every seller ramp faster, learn continuously, and operate at their best.

As our Sales Enablement Manager, you'll design and maintain scalable onboarding programs, implement and manage our enablement tools (LMS, CMS, and more), and develop impactful training that empowers our go-to-market teams to learn, grow, and succeed. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create consistent, engaging learning experiences that drive both individual performance and team alignment.

Our hope is you will be based out of our San Francisco or New York office, but for the right candidate, we're willing to be flexible. Prior experience in a fast-paced, tech environment is helpful, but we are more interested in your adaptability and collaboration skills than your pedigree. What you will do...

  • Design, implement, and manage a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a consistent, high-impact ramp experience.
  • Create and deliver engaging, impactful training programs through diverse mediums from live workshops and cohort sessions to video, self-paced modules, and microlearning.
  • Build and maintain a structured content management system (CMS) and learning management system (LMS) to centralize sales content, training materials, and ongoing learning paths.
  • Develop and iterate enablement resources such as sales playbooks, talk tracks, templates, customer stories and certification programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align training content with messaging, processes, and customer insights.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives through adoption rates, feedback, and performance data using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market role.
  • A proven track record of designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing learning programs that improve sales readiness and performance.
  • Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing enablement platforms such as LMS and CMS tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills you can bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner effectively across teams and functions.
  • (Nice-to-have) Familiarity with developer tools, security products, or technical sales environments.
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience scaling enablement at a startup or Series C / D growth stage company.

    Compensation

  • Salary Range : $140,500 - $165,000
  • USD ($154,500 - $181,500)
  • Our compensation package includes equity and benefits in addition to salary.
  • Location

  • This will be 100% remote position, however ideal candidates will be located in San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO
