What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor at Integrity Automotive, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians, ensuring clear communication and a smooth service process every step of the way.

Daily Responsibilities :

Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns

Write accurate repair orders and detailed service estimates

Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and honestly

Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines

Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage parts orders, scheduling, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a customer-focused professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)

Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Computer proficiency (experience with shop management software a plus)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer care
