Clinical Provisioning Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Provisioning Coordinator to assist with the management and implementation of physician schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and post physician schedules monthly to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals

Maintain real-time schedule changes and assist in forming facility-specific physician panels

Compile coverage reports and handle physician outreach to address capacity needs

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in physician scheduling or workforce management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer skills

Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced remote environment

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
