Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of the utilities location.

Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials for all individuals entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, supporting the utilities location's protocols and procedures.

Communicate professionally with all persons on site, providing assistance and information as needed while upholding Allied Universal's standards.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A security-related guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
