Work Schedule : Must be willing to work starting at 5am OR until midnight if necessary (depending on Café hours). Flexible Hours..

A leadership position supervising the operation of the store in the absence of the Manager by ensuring the execution of PERC and Position Priorities every minute of every shift that they work.

Supervise the operation of the store in the Manager's absence.

• Make sure staff members are present and ready to work at the time they are scheduled.
• Ensure that the 3 Hour Checklist is performed on time
• Ensure that all opening / closing chores are performed properly, that the store is fully operational five minutes before the posted opening time, and that it remains fully operational until five minutes after close.
• Perform managerial duties when needed, including filling out the ABC Tracker throughout the day, receiving and storing orders, reconciling the cash drawers, issuing employee reprimands, and any other tasks delegated by the Manager.
• Ensure that daily marketing operations are executed properly, meeting any goals that have been set for the day (i .e. 10 planned business drops are completed)
