Pay Range : $55000-$65000 / Yrs
Description
Administer payroll processes and verify bi-weekly payrolls.
Conduct audits to ensure accurate payroll entries and approvals.
Oversee benefits administration, including new hire enrollments and FMLA documentation.
Manage retirement plans and coordinate annual audits.
Ensure compliance with ACA reporting and other regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify payrolls and conduct audits.
Handle pre- and post-payroll audits for accuracy.
Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and life events.
Coordinate retirement plan processes and audits.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Provide support for employee benefit inquiries and claims.
Qualifications
Experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
Familiarity with compliance regulations such as ACA and FMLA.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
