LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-impact consulting organization that delivers technology-driven transformation for mid-market and enterprise clients. We're hiring a Manager of NetSuite to lead complex ERP implementation projects and drive strategic client outcomes across industries.

This role sits within a Financial Management discipline and blends hands-on NetSuite configuration with team leadership, client relationship management, and operational strategy. If you thrive at the intersection of consulting, ERP, and delivery excellence, this is your next move.

Manager, NetSuite Responsibilities :

• Serve as a delivery lead on complex NetSuite implementations, managing project scope, timelines, budget, team performance, and client expectations
• Design implementation strategies tailored to client-specific needs and business processes (Lead to Close, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Report, and more)
• Oversee multiple implementation workstreams and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end project success
• Establish project governance frameworks and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
• Assess NetSuite's fit for prospective clients and advise on strategy, system architecture, and integrations
• Collaborate on ERP-related initiatives outside of NetSuite, including software selection and IT transformation consulting
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants, acting as a performance coach and career advisor
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development, asset creation, methodology refinement, and recruitment
• Drive client satisfaction by modeling high standards of delivery, communication, and value creation
