Ranicki Chiropractic is a 100% cash, brain-based and lifestyle / wellness focused family practice seeing 275 plus patient visits each week. A new patient coordinator does most of the new patient appointment and the ROF for you, and a full-time marketer frees you up to do more of what you love, adjust! No suffering through spinal screenings when you should be enjoying your weekend!

Our office is located just outside of Savannah, in Pooler, which has been recognized as the safest city in Georgia.

Celebrating our 20-year anniversary, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Chiropractor to help us continue providing exceptional care to our valued patients.

Job Duties include :

1. Increase Practice Capacity : Collaborate with Dr. Ranicki and other team members to enhance the practice's capacity by providing excellent care. By working together, aim to elevate the quality of care delivered and ensure patient satisfaction.

2. Knowledge Transfer : Embrace the opportunity to learn from Dr. Ranicki and acquire his vast knowledge and expertise in chiropractic care. Act as a mentor to other chiropractors, sharing your own experiences and helping to shape the future of the profession.

3. Clinical and Business Development : Continuously work on improving your clinical and business skills to thrive in the community. Seek opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally, to ensure long-term success in chiropractic practice.

4. Patient Examination : Conduct thorough Examinations with patients to understand their medical history, symptoms, and health concerns. Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.

5. Diagnostic Assessments : Perform comprehensive neuro / spinal examinations and x-rays, to identify the root cause of patients' issues. Use your expertise to determine appropriate chiropractic treatment plans.

6. Chiropractic Adjustments : Administer specific chiropractic adjustments to each patient based on their needs with regards to their recommended care plan.

7. Patient Education : Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, emphasizing the importance of regular adjustments, and adopting healthy lifestyle habits. Empower patients to take an active role in their own improvement and results.

8. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress notes using the practice's electronic health record (EHR) system.

Daily Actions :

1. Chiropractic Care and Education : Provide chiropractic adjustments and educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care for their overall well-being.

2. New Patient Support : Assist in conducting new patient examinations, helping them understand their conditions, and outlining recommended treatment plans.

3. Documentation : Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of patients' progress and treatment plans.

4. Patient Engagement : Encourage patients to think of helping others and refer their friends and family. Support recovering patients who may have temporarily fallen off their care plan.

Requirements :

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.

Valid license to practice chiropractic in the state of Georgia (able to obtain GA license)

Strong knowledge of chiropractic philosophy, principles, techniques, and correction protocols.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
